How do I create an Obituary?
In the WORDTELL Menu, click on "Faith and Compassion".
You can then choose Obituary from the Love-One Passed option.
Begin to Type Obituary details;Take time to review;Choose the date you wish your Obituary to go live on the internet;Press Pay when finished.The Obituary can be edited even after you go live. Just return to your account after you have purchased the option and edit the Obituary details.

What is the price of an Obituary?
Obituaries are published for a minimum of one year which is included in the base price. The base price gives a generous amount of space on your Exclusive Page to display a synopsis of the life experience of Love-Ones, along with events and live streaming of the Ceremony.
In Memoriam provides more space to extend the life experience.
The price will adjust if you surpass the generous space-amount allotment. However, the System will alert you and adjust your price as you increase the details of your Obituary.
How do I create a Memoriam?
A Memoriam is the Extension of an Obituary. A Memoriam expands your space to include the moments with your family and friends. Log into your account and add the In Memoriam option.

What is the price of a Memoriam?
The Price of a Memoriam depends on the type of Package you choose. The Price is governed mostly by space. The amount of space you need depends on the amount of material you intend to upload to your Pages. Log In to your account and choose a Package.

In the provision of our Services, YES, there is a difference. An Obituary is a single Page that carries a synopsis of your Love Ones’ life experiences, an introduction to their Family, and a presentation of a Live Stream or other events. With the Memoriam, you add to and extend the memories. In this case, the Obituary becomes a Memoriam. Log into your Account to add In Memoriam.
How do I edit my Guest Message or my GEM?
Firstly, you’ll need to send us a notice to erase your GEM.
Secondly, let us know if you wish to write another.

How can I find a record that is more than one year?
After one year from the date a record is created, that is an Obituary or a Memoriam, the record is moved offline except in the case where a yearly subscription has been activated. Records that are moved offline are stored, only for a short period.
